Our deboning plant complies with SANS 10049, ISO/TS 2202, HACCP, and Food Safety Management System as guided by the Global Safety Initiative (GFSI).
The deboning plant processes quarters into different primal cuts. Thereafter the primal cuts are then trimmed, removing any excess fat, bone, sinew, and tendons.
After the trimming process, the products are inspected and placed into vacuum-sealed bags to ensure good quality and long shelf-life.
Thereafter the products are sent to the packaging section where they are individually labelled and weighed before being boxed for export or local markets, either fresh or frozen, depending on the needs of our customers.
